I thoroughly enjoyed and is pleased with the results of my upholstery cleaning. Rashaud was early and he stayed late. I can only imagine how dirty the furniture was, as it was a high traffic area and have never been cleaned before. I was in the kitchen as he was cleaning the furniture and was thinking to myself, why is it taking so long, but it was Rashaud's professionalism. So glad I found them through my Google search, I highly recommend their services.

SEARCH NO MORE – YOU’VE FOUND THE BEST CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING SERVICE AROUND! From start to finish, my experience with Why Carpets, LLC was completely fantastic. So very nice to have Curtis; an experienced professional who is so friendly yet professional and very hard working and takes pride in the work product produced! Coupled with Home Advisor (my first experience with HA by the way); this could not have been easier and I couldn’t be more pleased. Background While staying with my mother over the Holidays, we decided it would be a good idea to get the entire house cleaned (4BR LR, DR, Den, and a few small rugs); normal dirt levels, a few pet stains. (see info below about their great process and BEST PET STAIN formula!) IMMEDIATE REPLY Curtis immediately got in touch with me; discussed my needs, timeframe, and price quote; scheduled an appointment for service. TECHNOLOGY & PROCESS Tip: He also directed me to his website (but I’d already visited – great information!) to read more about the actual service, preparation must do’s, tips, etc. The “Game Changer” machine, three-step process, as well as his proprietary pet stain formula he’s been perfecting for ~30 years! COMMUNICATION On the day of service we communicated perfectly. I was already prepared (because of the info from the website as well as an email from Why Carpets via Home Advisor. I’d previously given Curtis my mobile and asked him to give me a heads up on his arrival (He’d already confirmed via Home Advisor the day before.). Great news; he was running early! When Curtis arrived we spent a couple of minutes chatting and then did a walkthrough of the house to discuss the scope. Curtis explained his process and strategy for the work then set about getting started. So very professional and hard working; Curtis worked very efficiently. PROCESS – TOP QUALITY This process does take a while; but completely worth it. Just as the website claims – Complete Care, No Rip-Offs, Best Pet Stain Formula. In the end, Curtis packed up his equipment and we walked the house. I mentioned I could still smell a faint smell of pet urine in one area and he retreated the area with the spray and discussed the formula continues to break down the odor over the next 24 hours. (It’s true – next day, NO pet smell; just pleasant clean, fresh scent!). He explained the carpet would dry over the next 24 hours and to keep the plastic pieces under the furniture until the carpet was dry. Totally satisfied with everything; we concluded with my paying the invoice by credit card, via phone (so efficient), and Curtis asking for feedback on the formula (as he is always looking to tweak and perfect – love that). More than pleased with my experience with Why Carpets! Already looking to make another appointment for a couple of other rugs and chairs we didn’t think about initially. Happy to support a local, family-owned business, that provides an excellent work product. Did I mention that this was all done on New Year’s Eve?
